Several Pakistani cities, including Islamabad, Peshawar, Rawalpindi, and Multan, were rattled by a 5.0 magnitude earthquake on Friday.
The earthquakes were also felt in Faisalabad, Abbottabad, Swat, Buner, Kohat, and Malakand, according to Geo News.
The earthquake struck at 14:23 PST, with a magnitude of 5.0 and a depth of 218 kilometers, according to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD).
According to the report, the earthquake’s epicenter occurred in the Afghanistan-Tajikistan border region.
So far, no fatalities have been reported.
