Imran Khan, a former Pakistan Prime Minister and great cricketer, has counselled Ramiz Raja about his future as Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
Imran Khan, Pakistan’s prime minister, was recently removed from office after losing a no-confidence vote in the national assembly.
“Ramiz Raja has complete control over his future as Chairman of the PCB. Khan told journalists in a meeting on Monday that he can stay if he wants to, and that his departure will be his personal decision.
“Ramiz Raja is my player, and he’ll play to the end,” he continued.
Due to the former PCB Chairman’s close links with current Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, some sources stated that Najam Sethi would succeed Raja.
