Japan has showed strong interest in hiring Pakistani IT specialists, according to the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunications (MoITT). Mitsuhiro WADA, the Japanese Ambassador to Pakistan, met with Syed Amin Ul Haque, the Federal Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunications, yesterday. The two sides decided to expand their collaboration in the sphere of information technology during the meeting.
Syed Amin Ul Haque, the Federal Minister for Information Technology, told the Japanese Ambassador that Pakistan appreciates its relations with Japan. He also stressed the importance of enhancing bilateral cooperation in the fields of information technology and telecommunications.
Furthermore, he stated that MoITT will take all necessary steps to assist Japanese businesses. The Japanese Ambassador noted that Pakistani youngsters are gifted and that Pakistan’s IT skills may benefit Japan. He also praised the Ministry of IT and Telecom’s efforts to improve the IT and telecom sector. The conference was also attended by senior authorities from the Ministry of Information Technology.
