Pakistan has been ranked among the top five teams in all three formats of cricket by the International Cricket Council (ICC).
In the ICC Test Rankings, the Men in Green have moved up one spot to fifth position, passing England.
With new skipper Ben Stokes taking over a Test side that has only won one match in the last 12 months, England has lost nine places in the latest rankings, from 97 to 88.
Australia remained in first place, followed by India, New Zealand, and South Africa.
Pakistan climbed one notch to fifth place in the ODI standings, passing South Africa and gaining ten points on India. Pakistan’s strong performance against Australia in the one-day international series enabled the team reach the top five.
The top four ODI teams are England, Australia, and India.
Pakistan finished third in the ICC Men’s T20I Team Rankings with 261 points. Meanwhile, India has solidified its dominant position with 270 points. England is in second place, followed by South Africa and Australia, who are in fourth and fifth place, respectively.
