Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), the country’s primary airline, confirmed on Wednesday that flights to Kuala Lumpur would resume.
As a precaution against the spread of the coronavirus epidemic, PIA has halted flights to Malaysia’s capital.
According to a spokeswoman for Malaysia’s national airline, the PIA will begin flying to Kuala Lumpur on June 26. Lahore will be the starting point for the maiden flight.
Additionally, the national airline has boosted flights to Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan.
Pakistan International Airlines would operate four weekly flights to Baku under the revised timetable. The flights will depart from the airports of Islamabad, Karachi, and Lahore.
