When it comes to Pakistan’s security and defence, the prime minister Shehbaz Sharif stated on Sunday that there can be no compromises.
The premier urged the law enforcement agencies (LEAs) to enhance their performance and said that it was the only option to alter the public’s opinion while speaking at a meeting he was chairing about the law and order situation in the nation.
The prime minister was informed of the most recent law and order situation in the nation during the meeting, which was also attended by Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shehbaz, Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah, Deputy Speaker of the Punjab Assembly Dost Muhammad Mazari, and other senior officials. The situation in Punjab was also discussed.
The premier declared that everyone in the country was on board with the government in the battle against terrorism and terrorist elements after being briefed about the eradication of terrorism from the country and the risks presented in this respect.
The Pakistani people, according to PM Shehbaz, “stand by their armed forces and law enforcement agencies,” and the government will keep fighting until all traces of terrorism have been eliminated from the nation.
The prime minister continued by saying that compromises cannot be made when it comes to Pakistan’s security and defence.
